Mr. Kempton is responsible for the operation
of Cresleigh Homes Arizona, Inc., including product design and
construction, land procurement, land development, new home sales
and marketing. He has held licenses as a general contractor in
residential and commercial construction and is currently a licensed
real estate broker with over 35 years experience in the general
building industry. His current record is one of successfully managing
projects and operations and achieving high quality standards in
production. He has been responsible for the successful closing
of over 5,000 homes in the greater Phoenix area. Mr. Kempton earned
a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Arizona
State University, with an emphasis in Production and Operations
Management and Real Estate. He is an active member of the Homebuilders
Association of Central Arizona and is involved in various youth
groups and adult organizations in the local community.
