In order to receive a
commission, the Realtor must complete a Realtor
registration form on their initial visit to the sales
office.
We require that
you accompany your clients to the model homes on their
initial visit. Notification by you, the Realtor, to the
Buyer to visit the models is not client registration.
We do not honor "drive-by", fax or e-mail registrations.
If a Cresleigh Home is purchased in the community in
which your client registered, you will receive a
commission when the client's sale closes escrow.
Cresleigh Homes communities often have varying
commission rates. For information about our current
commission rates at a particular community, please call
or visit the sales office.
In order to avoid any misunderstandings, we will protect
you as the realtor for thirty (30) days from the date of
registration with the following exceptions (which will
void the registration):
(1) The buyers have
previously visited the model home by themselves.
(2) The buyers have already been registered in a
particular community by another Realtor in the past 30
days.
Please note that
Cresleigh Homes maintains a single price policy: The
price is the same, whether a home is sold directly by a
Cresleigh Homes Sales Representative or in conjunction
with a brokerage.
Realtor is aware that
the selling agent exclusively represents the Seller and
unless disclosed otherwise Realtor represents the Buyer
, but will be paid by the Seller. The Realtor is an
agent for the Customer (Substantive Policy Statement No.
2005.13, Commissioners Rule R4-28-1101) and has no
authority to make agreements, representations or
concessions on behalf of Cresleigh Homes. We do not
offer sub-agency.
